Filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, stock exchanges and Reserve Bank of India.
Acted as a secretary to the Board & Liasoning with NSE/BSE Authorities & ROC.
Ensuring that the Company complies with standard legal practice and maintains standards of Corporate Governance Notices & minutes of Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting & Board Meetings of Maintaining statutory registers including registers of members and Directors.
Pre & Post Compliances of Board, Members and Committee Meetings.
Preparation of XBRL and filing of Preparation & proof reading of Annual report.
Preparation of Directors Report.
Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company, Increase in Paid up capita; Allotment of shares through rights issue, preferential allotment and issue of bonus shares, Transfer of shares.
Reconciliation of Shares of a Company.
Must be CS + LLB by qualification.
Must possess 2+ years of relevant experience.
Should possess skills pertaining to reviewing/vetting different Agreements/legal documents, draft letters.
