The Appellate Tribunal, formerly the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (ATFP), is India's final appellate authority for appeals against the attachment and forfeiture of property derived from illegal activities. Established under the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (SAFEMA), it serves as a quasi-judicial body.
Law graduates (freshers & experienced) with minimum 50% marks in final year LL.B.
Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Knowledge of legal research databases such as Manupatra, SCC Online etc.
