Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. (ABFRL)is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to support their legal team with day-to-day activities, including research, documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This internship will provide practical exposure to corporate legal functions.
Conduct legal research on various topics as required.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Support in maintaining legal records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related matters.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and case notes.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the legal team.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
Good research and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
