This post is permanent in nature and classified as General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted.
To promote harmonious industrial relations and labour management coordination to prevent disputes.
Ensure statutory obligations regarding the condition of Employment and Service.
Promotion measures for increase in production and efficiency in establishment and redress grievances of Industrial and Non-Industrial Workers.
Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare Laws/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Three years experience in a responsible capacity in handling/dealing with Labour Problems in a Government Establishment or Industry or Trade Union Organization
Not exceeding 35 years as of the closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants for upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.
