NeSL is India’s first Information Utility and is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the aegis of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The primary role of NeSL is to serve as a repository of legal evidence holding the information pertaining to any debt/claim, as submitted by the financial or operational creditor and verified and authenticated by the parties to the debt.
To carry out the requirements and comply with company law and other allied legislations as be applicable to the Company.
Compliance activities based on regulatory requirements.
Must be conversant with e-filing and in handling activities relating to ROC.
Extending support to Finance and Accounts Department in planning and finalizing periodic Internal Audit Plan and completion of the same.
Preparation and Maintenance of statutory registers.
Interaction with statutory/internal/secretarial/C&AG Auditors.
To co-ordinate for regulator (IBBI) annual inspection.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with little supervision.
Strong knowledge of Company law.
Proficiency in drafting.
Working experience of 4 to 5 years.
Member of ICSI.
Age less than 32 years.
Additional Qualifications (desirable).
LLB (desirable).
