About National Green Tribunal

The National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 is an Act of the Parliament of India which enables the creation of a special tribunal to handle the expeditious disposal of the cases pertaining to environmental issues. It draws inspiration from India's constitutional provision of (Constitution of India/Part III) Article 21 Protection of life and personal liberty, which assures the citizens of India the right to a healthy environment.

About the Position

Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals for filling up 6 vacancies of Judicial Assistant.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University.

  • Computer Training Course for 6 months from a recognized Institute.

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Environmental Studies or Environmental Science as one of the subjects.

  • 2 years work experience in the field of environment in a Government office or public sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.

Salary

As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Age Limit

Candidates shall not be below 21 years and above 30 years.
