Act as a point of contact or gatekeeper between contract reviewers, internal support functions, and the project management team.
Oversee time entry across multiple platforms and reconciliation for invoicing.
Coordinate onboarding functions for new team members, including the testing of email IDs, IT coordination, troubleshooting, and time entry training.
Maintain reporting as required by the project management team.
Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work independently, juggle competing priorities, and anticipate the needs of busy managers.
Able to approach challenges and obstacles with a can-do perspective.
Excellent communication skills and can work with cross-functional management teams and temporary reviewers.
Understands know how to use new technologies and can quickly adapt to changes in systems, tools, and processes.
Believes no task is too big or too small.
Can develop professional relationships with people over email or the phone.
Must be able to work within very quick turnaround times while juggling multiple responsibilities.
2-3 years experience working in an Operations Admin role.
Experience on other document review LPO as an Admin is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
