About the role

Litigation team manages Pan India Litigation (i.e civil, consumer, labour, arbitration etc.) Day to day Advisory to business C0-ordination with Law Enforcement Agency. To be a part of the legal team in order to ensure effective management of legal who Manages Consumer and Civil litigation Pan India. Co-ordination with Advocate for proper handling of litigation and Co-ordination with internal team.

Role and Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant Manager

  • Litigation Management and control

  • Good legal Knowledge

  • Drafting of legal notices, written statements, replies, representations, presentations, etc

  • Legal Advice on day to day operation

  • Handling Police complaints/notices/letters

  • Court appearance on behalf of the Company

  • Managing external counsel

  • Risk management

  • Coordinating and dealing with various authorities

  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all the prescribed regulatory norms.

  • Legal research and miscellaneous legal work


  • 7- 8 years of work experience in handling litigation matters.

  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Sound Knowledge of Litigation process

  • Good presentation skills

  • Excellent drafting skills

  • Negotiations skills

  • Must be a graduate in LLB/LLM

  • A candidate having work experience in Fintech is highly preferred.
