Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) is seeking to hire a law graduate for the role of Legal Trainee for a training period of 1 year and if found suitable, will be absorbed as Assistant (Legal).

Full-time 3-year Degree in Law or full-time 5-year Integrated LLB Course from any reputed university recognized by UGC with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit: 30 years as of March 1, 2022
The training period will be for one year and during training, a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 36,000/- will be paid along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO and thereafter, if found suitable, will be absorbed as Assistant (Legal) in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000-75,000.
The CTC after absorption may be Rs. 9 lakhs per annum (approx.).
The selected candidates will have to furnish a service Bond for serving for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training. General/OBC would be required to furnish a bond of Rs. 80,000/- & SC/ST of Rs. 20,000/- at the time of joining for training.
