We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal trainee to join our dynamic legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various legal domains, including contract review, compliance, and corporate governance, while contributing to high-impact projects in a fast-paced tech environment.
1. Draft, review, and assist with marketing contracts and other commercial agreements.
2. Handle consumer notices and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Provide support on Intellectual Property (IP) matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
4. Assist in legal issues related to employment law and workplace compliance.
5. Contribute to data privacy assessments and ensure adherence to privacy regulations.
6. Work on general corporate law matters, including governance, compliance, and documentation.
Final-year law student or a recent graduate who has completed law school.
Strong interest in gaining exposure to various legal domains.
Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Must-have mindsets and skillsets.
Good Problem-Solving Experience.
Excellent language/written communication skills.
Ability to maintain high quality together with optimising for quantity.
