SC Collegium endorses transfer of CJs of Orissa, J-K HCs

The SC Collegium has recommended to the Centre the transfer of CJ of Orissa HC Justice S Muralidhar and CJ of Jammu and Kashmir HC Justice Pankaj Mithal as CJs of Madras and Rajasthan HCs respectively
The Collegium has come out with separate statements to this effect and also recommended the names of three HC judges for being elevated as CJs of Orissa, Karnataka and Jammu and Kashmir HCs
The Collegium has also recommended the names of justices Jaswant Singh, P B Varale and Ali Mohammad Magrey as CJs of Orissa, Karnataka and Jammu and Kashmir HCs respectively
