Activist Ferreira moves HC for default bail

- Ferreira's petition came up for hearing on Friday before a division bench
- The activist in his petition said his case stands on a par with that of Bharadwaj, who was granted default bail by the HC
- Ferreira was arrested in Aug 2018 and booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the IPC for waging a war against the nation
