Advising and supporting marketing, brand and tech teams on various commercial deals as a single point legal support.
Drafting and vetting of various contracts including endorsement contracts, television and digital media advertising/marketing deals, brand association contracts and SAAS contracts.
Working with external legal consultants to ensure quality contracts and agreements are delivered to internal teams within timelines.
Working as a team on internal projects relating to data protection, legal automation etc.
Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience.
Understanding of intellectual property law.
Experience in drafting and negotiating high value software and technology deals.
Ability to manage high volumes within strict timelines.
