Essential Qualification : LLB (Full –Time Three Years) with 50% Marks from recognized Institute/ University
Experience : Candidate must possess minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience (including experience as ET/MT) in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Organization(s)/ Undertakings(s) and/or Large Private Sector Organization(s) /Institutions(s) / Company(ies) of repute / Large Law Firms as an employee of that organization, out of which at least 12 years’ should essentially be in legal function*
Other Requirements: Hands-on experience for dealing matters before court(s) / tribunal / forums / regulator; Dealing with statutory and administrative authorities; Briefing and interaction with legal Counsels; Drafting / advising / preparing cases / objection / comments on any Company related matters
Age Limit : Max 45 years as on 01.09.2021
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies.
