Legal Research including interpretation of laws and judgements of the court
Examining legal issues related to new business proposals
Structuring, drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and other legal documents
Developing Company’s policies and positions on legal issues
Any other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time with respect to legal advisory and documentation.
Pursuing Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school/college.
Preferably, having knowledge of Corporate and Securities law
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Outstanding drafting and research skills
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
Proven comparable experience in interning with a corporate or law firm
