Assist Legal Head (Mumbai) in project legal affairs.
Attend courts, Maha-RERA, tribunals, govt. authorities, police stations for civil/criminal matters.
Draft/vet agreements: Sale, Allotment, Lease, License, Sale Deed, marketing documents and production process.
Draft/vet replies to customer queries.
Draft/vet procurement & contract documents.
Draft/vet legal deeds, NDAs, and commercial transaction documents.
Provide periodic legal updates/MIS to the Legal Head.
Handle additional tasks as assigned, manufacturing equipment and final product.
Post Graduation in Law or any other degree related to Law.
Candidates with 1 year of experience and fresher can also apply for the internship.
