In the past few years there have been significant developments to the Indian arbitration law, bringing the Indian arbitration regime closer to global standards. As India continues to build on these developments with the next round of reforms, the spotlight falls on the evolution so far and the challenges that parties face in efficiently resolving their disputes. In this year’s Annual Conference, eminent legal practitioners will discuss provisional measures and the issues arising out of evolving jurisprudence during arbitration, and engage in an Oxford-style debate on adopting a binary regime for Indian arbitration law.
