FICL is pleased to support SIAC India Academy-The Making of an Advocate (In-Person Format) on Thursday, 14 September 2023, 9.00 AM - 7:15 PM Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Nalanda Auditorium, 2nd Floor, Peninsula Chambers, Peninsula Corporate Park, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013.

The SIAC India Academy will provide practical, 'hands-on' training on advocacy and cross-examination skills to up-and-coming arbitration counsel. The training faculty will be chaired by Ms. Lucy Reed, President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, and will feature members from the SIAC Court of Arbitration, and leading national and international arbitration experts. Over the course of this intensive programme, the participants will be provided with a hypothetical case, and they will be guided by the faculty and facilitators as they test and refine their cross-examination skills and deliver submissions in a mock hearing.

Due to the interactive nature of the SIAC Academy, spaces will be limited.
